Project managers juggle multiple disconnected tools, leading to inconsistent documentation, missed updates, and time lost on repetitive formatting. There is no unified system that combines structured project data with AI-generated deliverables, making it difficult to maintain accuracy and momentum across project phases.

How it works

The tool is a full-stack Next.js application backed by Supabase and the Anthropic Claude API that centralises every phase of an implementation project — from pre-discovery through delivery — into a single workspace. Users upload SOWs, change orders, and meeting transcripts; the AI extracts key data and generates discovery workbooks, project plans, solution documents, and change orders in contract format. A context-aware chatbot allows team members to query or update project state conversationally. An AG Grid-based project plan supports inline editing and drag-and-drop reordering, while AI-analysed meeting minutes automatically suggest plan updates. Project health is computed in real time from timeline adherence, hour burn, escalation severity, and task completion. Row-Level Security ensures data isolation per project, and all destructive actions require confirmation. The platform is deployed on Vercel with Supabase hosting the database and file storage.
