The platform unifies data from Salesforce and 5+ database systems (PostgreSQL, MySQL, MongoDB, DynamoDB, Snowflake) through intelligent schema mapping and auto-deduplication. A complete workflow automation engine supports trigger-based actions, decision branches, loops, and third-party webhooks — all configurable through natural language. A built in MCP will be able to connect to any other MCP supported platform without the need for an API. The system is fully multi-tenant with Row Level Security across 38 database tables, AI cost controls with rate limiting, prompt injection detection, and enterprise audit trails.
