I have been managing employee engagement for several years, where we spend hours in brainstorming exceptional engagement ideas, yet the impact is limited by our tools. Right now, our awards are in emails, our events are in chats, and there’s no real place for new ideas, and have used different apps for managing events which made our culture feel little disconnected and difficult to manage. I want to fix this by creating one single place for everything where an employee can see an event, nominate a peer, and suggest a new idea all in one click in one application.

I am building a one-stop engagement app that brings everything together in one place. It’s not limited to recognition, merchandise, redeem points or calendar anymore but a full community application where: Recognition is Easy: You can set up awards, nominate teammates, and celebrate wins instantly. Events are Interactive: From live tournaments to a social intranet, it keeps the energy high. Employees Have a Voice: Instead of just a "suggestion box," we have a space where people can pitch ideas for virtual activities or sign up as volunteers to lead them.
