A lightweight, browser-based reception portal built in React replaces the paper logbook. Staff can log incoming and outgoing couriers in seconds, with automatic date and time stamping to avoid manual errors. Visitors can self-check in on a tablet or laptop by entering their name, company, purpose of visit, and host. Check-out is recorded with a single tap. All entries are displayed in a live records view with filters, current visitor count, and a summary of today’s activity.
