The platform has no awareness of our org hierarchy (Azure AD), requires separate credentials, and we have zero ownership of our people data. With ~100 employees, we're paying a premium for a generic tool that doesn't understand our workflows, doesn't integrate with our Microsoft stack, and locks us into a vendor with no customization path.

How it works
The tool is a full-stack performance management platform built from scratch — not as an add-on. The platform auto-syncs users and org hierarchy from Azure AD daily, sends email notifications via Microsoft Graph API, and runs 6 automated cron jobs for check-in creation, overdue tracking, reminders, survey expiration, and data retention compliance. Built entirely with Next.js, Supabase, and Claude API — deployed on Vercel with sub-100ms API latency. Every feature is API-first, meaning the AI chat can query any data point in the system through natural language.
