Work Management Solution with Agentic Assistant

This builds on the work we started last year to reduce our tech stack and create a centralized work space and single source of truth for all projects and work within a single platform using Wrike. We successfully launched Phase 1 last year (all projects managed in Wrike, with real time visibility, project updates, status reports, etc.). However, working towards Phase 2 we were stalled due to licensing and budgetary constraints. The key elements of Phase 2 that we did not get to were full integration of all resources, with workload management, resource planning, Timesheets and financial tracking / reporting embedded within. Finalizing these pieces not only generates a high ROI from time and money saved perspective for the organization, but provides us and our users with one solution to manage, track, forecast, report, collaborate, etc. and execute on project work both internally and with organizations. Providing real time visibility to all out work, finances and resourcing needs.

Given the budgetary and licensing constraints, I've take it up to create a home grown work management solution that will provide us with a tool to do all of the above and more, at minimal cost (aka the time to build and maintain) to the organization. We don't need to worry about licensing constraints and subscription levels - all the power we want and more built in. The power of this tool and where I see the potential for future development on it will take the way we work to the next level.
