Creating Standard Operating Procedures is a manual, time-intensive process that produces inconsistent outputs and creates bottlenecks — particularly when documenting complex workflows at pace. Teams either skip documentation entirely or produce SOPs of variable quality that require heavy revision.

Built an AI-powered SOP generator that takes a process description as input and produces a structured, professional SOP using Gemini's API with targeted prompt engineering. The initial version was prototyped as an Excel macro tool for rapid validation. To improve output quality, interface usability and accessibility, the solution was rebuilt on Replit — enabling a cleaner user experience, faster iteration and the ability to share and run the tool without local setup.
