Why it exists
Salesforce admins and consultants spend 60-80% of their time on repetitive configuration tasks — creating fields, deploying metadata, running queries, managing permissions, and auditing org health. Every change requires navigating multiple Setup screens, remembering API names, and manually tracking what was modified. For consulting teams like ours, this means billable hours burned on low-value work instead of strategic advisory. Meanwhile, Salesforce's own AI (Agentforce) explicitly cannot modify metadata or deploy changes — it only works within pre-built flows. There's a structural gap: no tool lets you talk to your Salesforce org in plain English and have it safely execute admin operations end-to-end, from discovery through deployment, with full audit trail and human approval gates.

How it works
The tool is a conversational AI platform that connects to any Salesforce org via OAuth and lets users perform complex admin operations through natural language. Built on Claude's API with tool use, it routes requests across three specialist agents (Data, Admin, Analysis) backed by 24 purpose-built tools spanning 6 Salesforce API families (REST, SOAP, Composite, Bulk 2.0, Tooling, GraphQL). The key innovation is the human-in-the-loop safety layer: all write and deploy operations show a before/after comparison and require explicit approval before execution. An intelligent API selector automatically picks the most efficient API for each operation — single record via REST, batch via Collections, bulk via Bulk API 2.0 — optimizing the org's daily API budget. Every operation is logged to an audit trail. Tokens are AES-256-GCM encrypted. The system passed a security audit with zero critical findings. It's production-ready, not a proof of concept.
