Project managers and team leads at the organization rely on heavyweight tools like Wrike that are complex, slow to navigate, and offer no AI assistance. Teams waste time on manual task creation, status updates, and project planning that could be automated. There is no lightweight, internal tool tailored to how our team actually works.

The tool is a lightweight, AI-first project management tool built specifically for the organization's internal teams. It replaces bloated third-party tools with a fast, intuitive interface featuring a Kanban board, project tracking, task management, and team views. The AI layer allows users to generate full project structures from a plain English description, get smart task suggestions, and interact with an AI assistant that understands your projects. Phase 1 (MVP) is complete and deployed. Phase 2 and 3 (live database via Supabase and AI API key linking) is in progress.
